at what point does being nice become mean
at what point does being nice become mean?
where is the line where friendliness turns you into a liar?
when does it stop being nice for him to talk to that girl?
its sweet because he talks to her when she feels alone,
but she has fallen for him because he makes her feel special, but he has never thought about returning the feelings.
will this hurt her more than it helps?
when does talking to the lonely become a project instead of a nice thing to do?
are you doing it so they feel better or so that you will forget what you did last night because talking to the "less fortunate" is a way to show penance to God?
when does the flirting become unacceptable?
(oh , its just her personality)
well her personality is ripping that boys heart out and he has no idea that he is bleeding out all over the floor because his star crossed eyes are unable to see that he is in a room with all the other hopeless boys just like him drawn in by her big brown eyes and seemingly undivided attention.
its never okay to intentionally hurt people, i'm the biggest believer that everyone has been put in positions to bless other lives and that we must surely take those opportunities. and i live by the Thomas Knott Gregson quote:
but i'm watching "nice" people destroy countless lives and for some reason none of them have bothered to glance behind them and see the bodies they've left behind that are far more broken than before they knew them.

be gentle,
always delicate with every soul you meet,
for every single morning you wake up,
there is someone,
wishing,
silently,
and secretly,
that they had not.

That part about the flirting being her personality though. I loved that part.
